Game 8 - 3-17-2007

The Sharks were a great team...they bested our guys 4-1 (I think)...but our team really played well, especially in the 2nd half.

I'm sorry these pictures aren't very good this time - when we play on field 2 in the mornings, the sun is right behind them and it's hard to get any decent contrast without blowing out the light colors and muddying up the dark ones. I tried to tweak them as much as I could without making them look too cartoonish.

I'm posting up some of the pics from game 3 that Justin's dad Chris took...they'll be up soon.

Game 7 was rescheduled because of weather, and we'll play it on March 30.

I edited one of the team pictures that Sheila took during the photo session on March 3...it's a preview of what the package pictures will be. ;)

I will put some pictures of game 3 on here when I pick the CD up from Sheila. It's my understanding that because of the events during game 5, we won't have any pictures for that game. I hope some good dialogue came out of the meeting last night. I couldn't attend being that I was home with J.P. and Clay. J.P. has the flu, by the way. Dr. Fry said that he's probably one of the last kids in town to get it since it's so late in the flu season...lucky us. He said no soccer until the weekend, so he'll have to miss the game today (Tuesday) if it's still on and not rained out. I'm praying for a little more rain, myself.

Anyway, I'll post more photos when I get them and hopefully next Saturday's game will be sunny, mild, and full of HAPPY people. ;)

Game 6 - 3/10/2007

Sorry there are no pictures for this game...J.P. has been sick for two days and had a temperature of 101.4 last night and this morning. I thought it would be best for him not to play, so I stayed home with him this morning. Game 5 - 3-6-07

Well, the boys played hard but came up short against the Stingers, 6-2. Our guys really worked hard and made good plays, no matter what the scoreboard says.

Game 4 - 3-3-07

Go Patriots!!! We won today, 6-2. It was an awesome game and the boys were firing on all cylinders today! Congrats guys!!! :)

...and of course, it would be the game I have to miss due to work. I had to judge a Speech and Debate tournament in Sulphur Springs, and naturally, that's the day we win.
